Product Variations & Natural Materials

  • Color, finish, and dimension variations are natural and expected in high-quality materials. We do not facilitate exchanges or returns for these reasons.

  • Wood and natural materials may have inherent flaws, grains, or veining that contribute to their character and aesthetic appeal. These should not be considered damages or defects.

  • Marble and other natural stones have unique coloration and veining, so no two items will be identical.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, notes, and attributes carefully before placing your order. By purchasing from Furniture 28, you acknowledge and accept the inherent variability in color, design, and representation across our website, social media, or printed materials.

Photo Accuracy

While we strive for accurate product photography, please note that screen settings, lighting, and device display variations may affect color perception. Colors displayed may not exactly match the true color of the product.

Final Sale Items

  • All sale items and floor models are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the Return Authorization Form within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  2. Include high-quality photos clearly showing the defect and a written description.

  3. You will receive notification of your claim status within 72 business hours.

  4. Do not send any returns until you have received your RA# and instructions, including the return address.

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be packaged in their original packaging and remain in saleable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the shipment and using a carrier with proof of delivery.

  • Furniture 28 reserves the right to decline any return request.

  • If parts cannot be replaced easily, Furniture 28 will dispatch replacement units to complete your order.

Buyer’s Remorse Returns

We understand that sometimes an item may not be right for your space.

  • Requests must be submitted via the Return Authorization Form within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once approved, our team will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

  • As a small, local business, we are unable to offer full refunds for buyer’s remorse returns. Store credit will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
