To submit a return please fill out our Return Authorization Form below.
At Furniture 28, we take great care to ensure every product meets our quality standards and arrives safely at your home.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please submit a Return Authorization Form within 4 days of receiving your item. Be sure to include photos clearly showing the issue — this helps us resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
If parts cannot be replaced easily, Furniture 28 will send replacement units to make sure your order is complete. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide the return shipping address and detailed next steps.
For buyer’s remorse returns, a Return Authorization Form must also be completed within 48 hours of delivery. Once your request is approved, our team will provide the return address and instructions for shipping your item back. As a small, local business, we’re unable to offer full refunds on these returns — instead, once your item is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.
